Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had cozy rooms but they were a bit run down. While the price was on the higher side, we encountered some mosquitoes in the room. On the positive side, the hotel was situated in a superb location with gorgeous views of Florence, perfect for catching the festival fireworks. However, there was some noise being in the city center.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although not offering a view of the river, were maintained to a high standard. However, the soundproofing could be better as noise from upstairs showers was a regular disturbance. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the center, providing a peaceful setting close to all the action. The dining experience had its shortcomings, but the service, particularly from the concierge and bellman, was exceptionally friendly and personal.
The hotel offers quite spacious rooms by European standards and a beautiful view to the Arno River. The staff is welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay overall. The location is slightly away from the busiest areas but still within walking distance to most attractions in Florence. The dining options are varied and delicious, although some basic items may be missing. The facilities are well-maintained, offering a comfortable experience.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with a lot of space, a great balcony, and very clean accommodations. The service is very good and helpful, with faultless assistance and excellent recommendations for places to eat. The location is terrific, close to attractions but a little removed from touristy areas, providing a perfect balance. The dining experience is great with ample food choices. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor room issues to be aware of.
The hotel was meticulously prepared, making my stay extra nice. The modern room had a balcony, but noise from neighboring guests was a problem, requiring earplugs to sleep peacefully.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with excellent city views, although noise can be an issue. The service is attentive and helpful, although sometimes rushed. The location is fantastic for exploring Florence but can be noisy. The dining options are great, with good quality food. Overall, a good value for a stay in Florence.
